Alright. Enough Meme talk.
Tonight I cooked up some chicken and put that together with some pesto and whole wheat pasta. I was not terribly impressed with the pasta but it was healthy so a person can feel smug now and then. We also had a spinach salad. Tons o' green. To balance out eating all that green healthy stuff I made a cake.
It was a buttermilk spice cake with a caramel icing. I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. I will upload the pictures of the cake in the next few days.

Yep. It is very easy to make so it just makes sense to make my own and freeze the rest.
