It's the combination of a cake that is too dry and frosting that is too...meh.
I know there must be an amazing cupcake out there. I can envision it.
So the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon that came from Cook's Illustrated was actually good. What the hell. It was delicious and it was the first time I cooked pork absolutely perfect.
I am going to make this for Christmas Eve Dinner.
