I do have a lodge skillet fry pan. Love it and use it fairly often. (great for making pineapple upside cake) We have had these non-stick frying pans for a number of years but they are beginning to flake -not good. I wanted stainless steel because I haven't really been impressed with non-stick pans all that much. But once it arrives I will play with it and tell you what I think.
