OMG rhubarb sorbet...that gives me some ideas. I ended up freezing the rhubarb that I picked up a few weeks ago. Stay tuned.

I should save this for au_gout, but what kinds of flavorings were in the pea shoot pesto? It would seem to me that peas have such mild flavor that it would be easy to overwhelm them. Maybe it would be a nice way to mix up a pasta primavera or something of the sort?
