I read that and a few other things. I listened to the bit on This American Life where they held the hearings so I heard verbatim what was uttered. The insurance hacks justified all kinds of stuff and they really have no clue about their own forms. The Senate hearings kind of confirm the general outrage so many people feel. I think at the very very very least, the one thing that could come out of this is a change of laws regarding what an insurance company can and can't do.

And the Health insurance industry has sooooooooo many elected officials in their pockets.

The anger I feel about all of that... the energy from my anger could power a town for a year.
