Pink Pearl Apple.

I took my son to the market this morning. It was one of those rare times when it is just him and I together. He was an absolute peach. He was so very chatty with everyone he encountered. He picked out the apple above. He ended up eating a couple of them for lunch. Then we took some other apples and chopped them up and cooked them down to make applesauce. I told him that we will try and go to the market again together next week. Just the two of us. He seems to behave a little better when he gets some one on one time.

Because I was the only boy my mother always made sure we got some one-on-one time and oftne went to do things the girls might find boring, like see a movie or go on walks staring at old houses (this is where I get it from).We are still close and like to do those things on the rare occasions we see each other.

These are grand activities. So far it turns out he likes to point out birds and find out what they are.
