Darlings, work was long and exhausting and I waded my way through nine hundred million new books. I kicked a lot of ass despite wanting to faint a few times. The management decided I am not a retarded monkey today but I am their shining star. I made things look very pretty and tidy, I helped a lot of people and I escaped quickly.
Here is a small little book that might be of interest to the geeky sorts. It is amusing and incredibly clever. For those who are fond of books about women of slight ill-repute and such there is this. I perused it this morning and I think it won't do especially well but will be fun to read.
I have another long day ahead of me tomorrow.

I finally heard back from the cake person and I am meeting with them to say, "I want this and this and don't make my cake look too garish and can you do this and this."
Some decorations I ordered for the reception arrived today. It was exactly what I was looking for. I am quite pleased. Now to sort out the rest.
