rice pudding

I've never been all that fond of rice pudding because of the texture. But should I ever be in near proximity to some rice pudding you've made, I'll be sure to try it. Now I'm really curious.

As for the recipe, just be sure it's in a safe deposit box somewhere, so that if a plane crashes into a family reunion, it will not be lost. ;)
