My Mother came over today. She handed out presents and then fawned over her Grandchild. It is easy to please the lady. I served up lunch and then we took out Senor Onion for a walk. We stopped at the yarn shop where she fondled yarn and bought some pretty stuff to make a sweater for Senor Onion -as Senor Onion does not have enough sweaters. Then we went to the chocolatiers.

Tonight for dinner I made kubideh kakbobs, basmati rice and sauteed vegetables. I was pleased with the results.

Now to eat truffles.

The sweater fits fine (he is still a little small for it) My Mother is always knitting something.

I think that my mom is slightly jealous about the knitting but then she's always SEWING so when would she have time to knit.
I think she takes on too much. She's working on the costumes for the spring play now at her college.

Yeah, mom was a nice mom. She brought home Krispy Kreme. The boy and I were much appreciative. Sounds like everyone had a lovely time.
