The ice cream isn't too bad. though I can definitely tell that I used more milk than cream. Not quite as creamy.
Seven layer bars: you melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 inch pan and then you sprinkle graham cracker crumbs all over and press that down. (the butter and crumbs make a quick crust) Then you evenly pour a can of condensed sweetened milk all over that. After that you sprinkle chocolate morsels on top of that, then butterscotch morsels. Because it doesn't seem decadent enough you sprinkle shredded coconut on top of that. (the sweetened stuff) Finally you sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans on top and you press all of that down with your hands. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
