Further proof to Andrew's theory that I know everyone. Especially famous people and people on television.
A girl I grew up with and have known since she was a baby was on American Idol. Miss Martha Krabill.
Simon whats-his-face didn't think much of her singing which is a bit surprising but hey he thought Kelly Clarkson had talent so intelligence is relative.
I realized recently I know three different people who have been on Jerry Springer and someone who has been on American Idol.
I just need to find someone who was on Cops and my days in made.

Was she the one in uniform, from Port Townsend? I thought she was adorable and had a very pure/clear voice. Pretty surprised they didn't let her go through. So she didn't have the "pop star" sound and look, but neither did Kelly Clarkson when she first started.

Infact she and my brother were in the crib together. They went to school together. She used to harrass him all the time and tell him she was going to marry him.
Tom had a huge crush on her. Most boys did. She is quite...charismatic.

I know someone who was on Springer, another couple friends were on Ricki Lake, and I've seen some people I went to school with on the 5 o'clock news. [One of them was a photographer at a portrait studio and sent to jail when they found kiddie porn on his computer. He was super-creepy in school and it was only a matter of time.]

i don't think anybody thought she had a terrible voice, cuz she didn't. i think they have decided to raise the bar this year. i totally bet that she would have been on her way to hollywood if she would have tried out either the 1st or 2nd year.
