fancy-ass British term for a little bassinett for a baby to sleep in during the flight. It is awesome! You get bulkhead seating and the little baby cot is attached to the wall. So extra leg-room and a place for your baby to sleep. On BA flights, babies don't usually have their own seats (it is cheaper in many ways) so they have that for them after take off. During take off/landing they sit in your lap with the cute baby seatbelt. Anyhow... you have to reserve them and it is on first come/first serve basis.
