FB storylines

Some recall a post I made awhile back about some friends who had separated under rather shifty/unpleasant circumstances. (they moved into a new house, ten days later the wife asked the husband to leave so she could have a bit of space to get the house sorted, and it turns out she was having an affair, and then quietly moved the boyfriend in. It was all very drama-filled.)
The wife had forgotten that her husband still had admin access to her computer. (he's a computer guy, he probably set up things for her.) He found a rather in depth diary that went into great detail about her affair. Along with a few other things. He made copies, sent them to the lawyers, and is filing for divorce. (some people are dumb. Really dumb.) She disappeared off of social media about that time. Then tonight she reappeared on FB. She declared she was in a relationship with the guy that had moved in with her. Then a few minutes later she was tagged by the new boyfriend in a photo of the two of them. A slightly intimate photo. I thought, "well dang, that is one ballsy move right there considering that it could affect things in the divorce." (like money, the house, and the fact that the boyfriend could be named during the divorce. British divorce laws and all.)
A friend of the new boyfriend commented:
I am so sad about you and [redacted] (his ex) as you would imagine. But I find this post utterly tasteless and very ill thought through. I always considered you an intelligent man but I'm very disappointed in your lack of consideration for those you have left hurting ....more so the kids by posting this. I am actually really ashamed of you sorry to say.
THEN someone else chimed in:
I dont think I could have put it better myself... This is just heartless and for an intelligent professional man rather childish considering you walked out on your beautiful family less than 12 weeks ago. I hope you are happy, whilst you're making others so very, very sad.
Ooooh boy. I am sitting here with my eyes wide open. This is something else. It isn't even funny. It is just insane.
