Oct. 7th, 2003 11:50 pmCalifornia has taken away the coveted, "freak state" award from Florida. I think we ought to give Florida a hand for holding onto it as long as they did.
As for California, let's see how long they can hold onto it.
I think if they really want to keep this particular award they ought to elect a fainting goat as mayor of L.A.
