The souffle turned out rather well. I was quite pleased.

Tonight I am making a chocolate cake/tart dish that I rather like. Mr. Jenner's Mother served it one evening when I was visiting the first time and she later gave me the recipe. This is a woman who runs a restaurant and knows what is good.
I gave sarahparah the recipe and she found success with it as well.
Oh the chocolate.

Another irritating day at work. I stayed longer then I was supposed to because I was needed. Someone shelved all of the books I was supposed to make a display from. I had to hunt down around twenty five different books which was dull. Plus I couldn't find the signage that went with them.
Damn the lack of organization in that place.

On the upside I acquired some local strawberries today. They aren't all that attractive looking but they are incredibly sweet.
Maybe I will garnish the dessert with them.
Risotto is for dinner.
