Happy thoughts

Root beer float ice cream bars! They are truly a piece of summer. They go well with the scent of freshly cut grass at twilight in late July and staying up late reading long books and enjoying the eventually cool of the night.
Despite the unpleasant heat, the little rituals of Summer bring a sense of peace.

I used to love sitting in my bedroom when I was a kid right by one of the long tall windows looking for shooting stars while reading 'Gone With the Wind' and 'The Little Witch'.

Today I saw a car with a bumper sticker that supported the vegetarian lifestyle. I think what made the moment kind of amusing was the fact that the car was a Ford Explorer SUV.
