for good times...
Oct. 24th, 2004 04:37 pmAfter a wildly exciting evening of home-made macaroni and cheese and an episode of "Spooks" (I don't think I am old enough to watch this, it sometimes gives me a case of the willies.) we turned in. I know you are thinking to yourself, "slow down Miss Gennie."
Today we are continuing with the theme of "easy does it" by doing a bit of tidying, grocery shopping and cooking. Mr. Jenner spent time futzing with his computer and then we watched the an episode of the latest season of Little Britain. Note to self; do not ever watch this program when eating. I spent half of the program covering my eyes. It was just too horrifying and disgusting to watch. Yet I know I will continue watching. After all I am the same person who passes by car accidents hoping to see something. (and don't tell me none of you do that)
I have now put a chocolate flan in the oven. You can find the recipe here. Later on I may make a stuffed pork tenderloin and waste the rest of the evening. Be impressed people. Be impressed.
I suppose I ought to do some laundry but that would be too easy.
