My Day by Eleanor "Get yer freak on" Roosevelt.

The Random House rep came by today. We used to have a rep named Dave who was very funny and always had hilarious dirt on various authors. Alas Random house wasn't make the money they needed to so they had to lay Dave off. We have recently acquired a new guy. I forget his name but he seemed nice enough and any man who brings a bunch of advanced reader copies can't be all that bad.
I have a number of things to read and review so keep an eye out for that. I will have many suggestions for Christmas this year.

My manager had to admit infront of everyone it wasn't such a good idea to come in on the tail end of a conversation and make quick little accusations regarding my choices. He felt bad. See folks? This is what happens when you make Miss Gennie upset. You are forced to grovel infront of a large crowd.

I wasted a perfectly good day doing work. I am trying to not make it such a habit.

Now to make a pot pie and maybe something interesting for dessert.
