lightprincess89 is here visiting us at Chez Anglo-America this weekend. The big plans include chopping off her hair so she can make a little kid with cancer very happy, doing a bit o' shopping and playing with the rabbits.

Last night we made banana bread.

We may even go and pick up sailors.

Look My sister has photographic proof that her hair is much shorter. They did a fairly quick cut on her and then after we went shopping and looking at stuff we came home and I fed people lunch. Then I styled Miss Kit's hair a bit more. I did a bit of trimming and introduced her to some more high-end hair products. A bit of product and snip-snip and she looks very flapper-ish.

Now we are watching hot Brazilian people in Bossa Nova.

I just did a quick check on my Christmas cake. It is preserving quite nicely. Soon I will place the marzipan layer and let it sit some more. After that it is royal icing.

I have also come up with a pretty decorating scheme to display Christmas cards.

Now to think about dinner.
