Here are a few pictures of things I have cooked so far this year. Obviously it is just a highlight of what I have been up to in the kitchen.
I had wanted to share a picture of the cream of carrot and pear soup but none of those pictures turned out too well.
For the month of April I will be concentrating on eggs. Expect a recipe later on tonight in [livejournal.com profile] au_gout. The emphasis will be on simple but elegant uses for eggs. Maybe there will be some talk about how some omelettes that are served in restaurants put too much stuff inside and the egg is almost an after thought. Do we really need omelettes that are filled with ten different things?
