Tonight I grilled lamb steaks -medium rare. (ah, an aristocrat) I also made a goat cheese and leek bechamel which was served over toast points. And for kicks I roasted parsnips in goose fat and nutmeg.
It was a rather lovely meal.
I am now going to stuff my face with trifle. TRIFLE!
What shall I make tomorrow? Pineapple upside down cake?
