Today was not Alex's favorite day.

My lady parts doctor called. Things are pretty dandy. They said, "come back in for another check in four months and we will just keep an eye on things."
Fabulous.

I also had some good hot chocolate today. Creamy and flavorful. Starbucks? I think you could learn a thing or two.
