friends, enemies and relations.

Mr. Jenner's parents are coming next week to visit. I am looking forward to their visit and I am faintly dreading it. House guests are like that. Especially family. One gets used to their routine and then it is thrown off. You have to organize the day and so on. It will be nice to have extra hands to hold Alex but I know I will have to wrestle my Mother in law to the ground to get my kid back every couple of hours so I can feed him.
Plus you really can't just sit around in your underwear or pajamas when you have guests. Well you can but it can make for awkward conversation.

The upside will be the entertaining gossip about the rest of the family and the village. Mr. Jenner's brother Chris (the one that everyone wanted to grope at the wedding) has broken up with his girlfriend (the one with the crazy eyes who wanted Chris to do her laundry on Christmas day) for the umpteenth time and it might be for good. I hope he got the kitchen stuff.

Alex rolled over for the first time yesterday. It was probably a fluke (as he didn't repeat the act) but he looked rather surprised with himself. The way a person does on an amusement park ride when it goes upside down. He then drooled all over himself which seems like the most appropriate reaction.
