All creatures great and small.
Apr. 3rd, 2007 09:56 pmIt was a bit of a day.
Mr. Jenner's Mom emailed and it seems that one of the family cats (Bonnie) had a massive stroke, it wasn't pretty and they had to put her down. Bonnie was 18 years and two months old. So we are talking about a cat who was older than sin. Her brother Clyde is still going. (poor thing is probably missing her)
Poor Mr. Jenner. Bonnie and Clyde have been around since he was about ten or so. They came to live there when they were kittens. (and not too long after the family moved to Berry Park)

When I first met Bonnie she was considered fairly ancient but she still acted like she was a kitten and was prone to climbing all over you if you were attempting to read the paper or knit. A real sweet cat.
