Jul. 3rd, 2007 08:24 amWe ran out of the last of the rhubarb sorbet last night. I think it is time to make a citrus sorbet next. I am also thinking about making a chocolate banana ice cream. The idea being that it would be a lot like chocolate-dipped frozen bananas. Only fewer sticks. Maybe add a bit of chopped pistachio to the mix?
The quiche I made last night was quite good. I used the last of the linguiƧa in it. I think I might serve some leftover quiche with dinner tonight because it is going to be warm out today and I want to avoid turning on the oven.
