urban life
Mar. 27th, 2008 02:55 pmMr. Jenner noticed that the window downstairs in his office caused a significant draft so he decided to investigate and possibly fix the problem. So he begins to pull things apart and attend to things.
A neighbor didn't recognize him from afar (or something) and thought he was someone trying to break into the house.
The cops were called.
They were very nice about it and Mr. Jenner showed that his was not a life of crime and petty larceny.
Of course the cops are now standing out in front of our house having a chat or something and there are two cop cars surrounding our drive. They are both at an angle to kind of indicate even further, "BTW THERE ARE COPS HERE AT THIS BROWN HOUSE!!!"
It is a little embarrassing.
I wish I could put a sign in our window that says, "nothing wrong. Move along, move along."
