My neighbor has put his house on the market again. Originally when he put his house on the market last year he was asking for a cool 750K for the place. He is now offering a more "conservative" figure. 680K.

But hey if you have too much money to drop on a house and want to live next door to me, it can be pretty awesome. We are quiet neighbors and we only have human sacrifices once a year.
