This morning in the car I found myself listening to an interview with TC Boyle. I haven't really read his work but the interview was enjoyable enough -despite Steve Scher doing the interviewing. (seriously, Scher has a knack for being so...dumb)
There was that one book Boyle wrote a couple of years ago -about Frank Lloyd Wright and the women in his life. I remember reading the reviews and it looked interesting. I never got to it but on the strength of the interview this morning, I decided to get it from the library. So let's see how it goes. A good book for the month of June.

I enjoyed the fact that Boyle admits that part of the reason he teaches, is that it gets him out of the house at least once a week. He likes the work and he isn't languishing in some basement. I can understand that. Sometimes you need something that makes you get out of your head and house a bit.

I am sort of slowly forming a pile/list of books to read through-out the Summer. As always the list isn't concrete because books come into my life and they might move to the front of the line. I am looking forward to a bunch of things.

So what is everyone else reading right now?
