great and small

I began knitting this blanket some time ago... then my brain went away. (it was too busy doing an anxiety attack work-out) Then I picked the blanket back up again. Knit Knit Knit. Then I set it down again. Then I picked it up again. You sense a theme here. I finished it tonight. How about that. Hilariously it is just a doll blanket. But it will be for Miss Biscuit's birthday in a few weeks. She likes to cuddle her assorted stuffed friends and cover them with blankets. Her brother is a little irritated when she tries to borrow his, now she can have her own.
Plus I can so a brief little dance of accomplishment. "Look I finished some sort of super simple knitting project."

Of course I will have to make something else. That will take me several months. Because I will pick it up and put it down.
