there was even tea

I picked up a turkey from the butcher today. I took Miss Biscuit with me since she wasn't interested in napping and Senor Onion was at school. She had a grand time at the market. She pointed out pigeons, saw the pigs and trees being put on display for the Christmas season, and said hello to everyone. Afterward she picked out cookies for her and her brother.
It was a bright spot on a rather dreary rainy day.

Senor Onion had a pretty delightful day at preschool. They made pumpkin pie and he played with his dear friend Lulu. He even gave her a hug and kiss goodbye. It is truly an adorable sight. Mondays can be pretty blech at times but today was quite nice.

I also helped my brother find a cheap-ish flight home for Christmas. My google-fu is mighty and so all of my siblings will be here for Christmas. It will be the last time for awhile, so I am pretty excited about all of this. I like cooking for my Mom and my siblings. If you ever get a chance to eat with them, you will have a good time. They appreciate food and they are pretty funny people. Best dining companions you could ever have. Seriously. We will eat big I tell you.
