I am researching cars and sending links to my inlaws. My Father inlaw is into cars and will enjoy looking at cars and getting to play Top Gear. (in that he tells us everything that is wrong with the car. ) It will give him something to do. (along with doing things around Berry Park, getting ready to do that boat race, and scoring seafood from people he knows.)

Prospective tenants have passed assorted background checks. These people are so stable and respectable. I wonder if their dark secret is that they are into scientology or something. Better get those thetans out of the basement.
