Saturday morning I bought running shoes, and some more leggings. Sunday morning I went jogging. It wasn't much. (two miles. I did jogging and walking, blah blah boring sauce. Though I find that listening to The Divine Comedy as I was warming up, was good.)
I am still going to the GP on Tuesday because it is good to sort out what my body/brain might be up to.
But I am doing something.

Today I went to a barbecue at my middle brother in law's place. He cooked up a million and one sausages, some hamburgers, and some chicken kebabs. There were also some salads, and a great multitude of condiments. There were many Jenners about, and his girlfriend and her daughter. We lived it up by having the pleasure of sitting outside. OUTSIDE. In England. It was just that nice out. We ate. All the children played and played and played. Then more eating. Then we went for a walk across the road to look at some chickens and a sad looking pond. It's the new site for a glamping experience. Come and stay in the West Country. You can stay in a Yurt, use showers with heated floors, and then go to the pub to get into a melee on a Wednesday night! We saw someone with a very fancy Range rover. How fancy was it? They had an enormous Fortnum & Mason hamper in the back. They were roughing it for the weekend in a yurt.
Then we came back and everyone tried out the sorbet I made with my new ice cream maker. YES. I have a new one. I made a rhubarb strawberry one, and a citrus ginger one. I figured it would be good because it would be non-dairy, gluten-free, (my brother in law's girlfriend may have gluten issues) and lacking in strange additives/dyes. It was a hit with everyone -especially my brother in law's girlfriend who is not a fan of puddings. (which makes me go, "wha... I.... I do not understand. Sweets... sweets keep me from murdering." But hey everyone has different taste buds) She had like seconds. and Thirds. She said to my brother in law, "I don't think I have ever had thirds of pudding in my entire life." HAHAHAHAHA I WIN I WIN!!! Or, yes, I will find you a pudding you like. It was a good afternoon on the lawn, with everyone eating sorbet, children running around with toy swords and skateboards and lego, and occasionally standing by the fire pit for a warm-up if there was a touch of a breeze.

Then it was time to come home, deal with laundry -I got mustard on my skirt because I am classy. I think I may have gotten the stain out. Fuck mustard.

Now to schedule in some jogging tomorrow morning. (sometime after volunteering at Senor Onion's class, but before I pick up Miss Biscuit from preschool. Shit. this is going to become a thing isn't it?)
