A friend from Seattle came to visit for a couple of days. (What can I say? I like showing people Cornwall and the west country. I will make you love it. Or at least have a nice time.) Then we took the train up to London to meet up with another friend (and her baby) who is in town for a bit. These are friends who are ace at traveling. Flexibility is important when traveling; especially when you take with you, a 10 month old baby. That baby was pretty fantastic all things considered. From a purely selfish point of view, it was fun to hold a baby, and entertain her. We took that cute little monster all over the city. We also ate so much food.
