If all goes to plan I shall be making a stuffed roasted pork loin. The choice of stuffing will be a polenta that will have walnuts and golden raisins in it. I think it will work rather well with the pork and give it a touch of sweetness that works perfectly with that kind of meat. I will have my starch and protein together. I will then put brush some dijon mustard on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs which will give it a beautiful crust. Then I will steam some broccoli and make a spinach/roasted bell pepper salad. I am feeling some inspiration or I am doing my best to distract myself from doing useful stuff related to my wedding.

I acquired some pretty little wine from Argentina and I have a feeling that it might work well with dinner.

Time to think about food. If I have time I may also figure out the exact measurements for the cookies I made last week so I can share the recipe.
