I just made the most perfect lemon souffle.
It stayed perfectly puffed up, had the correct golden brown colour, the cap was just right. It had a subtle lemon flavor and so sweet, but not overly sweet like a grocery store sheet cake.
Light like custard, but with more oomph. It melted on my tongue leaving a lemon taste.
Perfection.

I also whipped up chicken enchiladas for dinner
and made a banana walnut cake. which is popular with everyone.
come to my house, we have angelfood cake, banana walnut cake, a bit of souffle left, and...eggs...lots of eggs.
what shall I make tomorrow?
