It is of my humble opinion after listening to a lot of Simon and Garfunkel in the past few hours, that Garfunkel is the far superior of the two, he has the better voice by far.

For the voice, yeah. But Simon still has a fuckin' career thirty years after they broke up, which is due to the fact that he can write good songs as well as sing them. Garfunkel apparently has no talent in that area, so he hasn't done much that's worth a damn since they were together.
