email is down, so i just wanted to tell you--while the british cookbook has a marmalade recipe, it's the old-fashioned kind where you do sugar cup-for-cup(for every cup fruit, one cup sugar. a little sweet). but yes, you could certainly do blood-orange marmalade(it sounds like something out of agatha christie). i would check the ball's low sugar pectin recipe sheet, i think there is a basic marmalade on there. call me if you want further elucidation.
dont do lime marmalade. i tried it once. not good.
