Mr. Jenner and I had the pleasure of dining with [livejournal.com profile] philixir tonight. There was beer, meat and fries. And of course Senor Onion flirting with every woman in the pub.
a lot of 'sup ladies.

[livejournal.com profile] philixir got a bit lost on the way. I found him wandering aimlessly on a sidewalk. I drove up and said, "hey I have puppies and candy in my van."
I had no puppies or candy or even a van and yet he got in the car. Someone never told him about stranger danger.

My day was filled with brown paper packages tied up in string. Minus the string. The paper was technically cardboard. I got shoes and Senor Onion acquired some ridiculously adorable clothes. When I wasn't opening up boxes I was tidying up the house. Once The Sun King woke up from his nap he tried to undo all my good work. It was a battle.

Now I am relaxing with Mr. Jenner and the radio. We dropped [livejournal.com profile] philixir off in front of what might have been his hotel. It could have been a strip club or a church. Hard to tell. We don't dwell upon details.

Yay!

I am very pouty I couldn't be there, but glad you got together.

I vow I WILL get to Seattle again soon enough. There are far too many fabulous signs and a certain young man I have yet to see.

Yeah it was fun and we missed you. I told him he should get you a present. We were discussing places we would like to travel to around the world. It really comes down to the word, 'everywhere'.

There is a ghostsign in the international district that you would love, along with another large sign that is of a noodlebowl with chopsticks.

Heee. I just spoke to him and he said in describing it as "got a bit lost on the way" you were being very kind. *snort*

Well it is easy to get lost here. This is why some people never leave. They came to visit and just said, "ah crap I can't find my way back to the hotel."

You know why it's easy to get lost in Seattle? Hell, in any American city that I've been to? It's like they just don't believe in road signs. It's against the American religion to put up signs that indicate the name or direction of a street.

Seattle has a nasty habit of hiding all signs behind poorly trimmed foliage.
