All of a sudden Senor Onion has figured out how to get up onto the sofa himself. Long ago he figured out how to get off of our bed and the sofa but this was quite surprising this morning. Of course it means more mayhem in my life -but that is a given.

I think it might be time to make bread pudding. And chicken pie.

You know, one of the few milestones I actually remember from my babies' days was the day Peter, my first baby, figured out how to climb up onto the couch. Because there was a sack of chips up there.

Alex is always going after a bag of chips. This morning he was climbing up to sit with his Dad and attempt to play with his lap top.
