I was watching my favourite cooking program the other night and I thought I had better tell you about it.It's an Australian show called "Food Safari" and it is simply wonderful.Each week they concentrate on a different ethnic cuisine and visit private homes and restaurants(mostly in Sydney,my home town).The hostess is charming and has areally nice Aussie accent which is so rare to hear on tv,and the food is sensational,and they make it all look so easy.The series is also out on dvd.Heres the link to their website:

I will have to look for that show. I bet I could download it somewhere. I saw some Australian chef on TV yesterday. He was pimping his book. His name was Shannon...something. Anyways, he was wee and blonde and made a rather nice chicken.
