It is crazy long. Well maybe not crazy long. I have these fantasies about doing the whole side-swept bang look but then I worry that it would drive me crazy. My main thing is mostly getting my hair washed on a regular basis. After that? bonus points.

I think you'd look great with the swept back bang thing, but I'm in the same camp when it comes to the practicality of it all. If I can't pull my hair back in a ponytail and off my face I'm no good to humanity. With my hair in a ponytail it means I've gone into "I mean business" mode around the house. Without that ponytail no laundry would ever get done and no trash would ever make it out to the curb.

I finally caved and got the side swept bang, and I love it muchly. I find the secret is to keep a hair pin in my pocket for those times when I need to get actual work done and the hair in my face is too distracting. It's amazing how quickly you get used to it though, even for someone like me, who has always hated having hair in her face. Do it!

It's not too bad, if you don't get them cut too short in the first place. I'm on my second go-round with the side bangs, and I just kept them pushed behind one ear when they were growing out the first time.

Also, you have gorgeous eyes -- forgot to mention that earlier.
