I went to another interview today. I totally killed. It was down-right alarming though. Because as always I was petrified and I do this thing, where I slouched in my chair and look really relaxed and talk candidly, but if you look carefully I am biting the inside of my cheek and my hands often clutch the arm of the chair, like I am riding on a roller coaster (only less puke)
the rent thing is now officially taken care of. I can now sleep, and look the landlords in the face without looking away. (always a good thing) and I found out the former roommates stuck the landlords with a very hefty waterbill. *blinks*
I am getting the phone thing fixed so we can have lovely people call us again. and we can get online and get our fixes.
I feel absolutely worn out by this much anxiety in a short period, but I am so proud that I handled all of it. I am a damn grown-up! I admitted defeat. I asked for help. I didn't let my ego get in the way of getting something done, and I was brave. I had grace under fire.
Now I need some ice cream
maybe sex too. any takers?
I think, a party is in order...soon.
