Today was a good day for making definite decisions. Last Spring I won some painting time at the preschool auction. We finally got a hold of the painter and did a bit of telephone tag and then today she finally came. We had a nice quick chat/color consult about what I wanted to go for. She knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and I decided upon a color just like that.
Swiss Blue will be painted on the walls of our bedroom. Something soothing and calm and not too dark. It will be nice in the Summer as well. Mind you we will be living with this for less than a year but the room needed doing. Plus dang why not?
THEN I booked her for next Monday. Just like that.
What other definite decisions will I make today? Sausages for dinner? OKAY!

Now to have a cup of tea and another fucking biscuit.

True. Though in person the paint is a little deeper in color. I just want the LJ experience all the time.
Sometimes I see houses in my neighborhood and think of people on LJ and how they should live in that house as it would suit their personality. (I know of two PERFECT homes for mockduck)

apropos of nothing - I never knew you could look at paint samples online. That colour is what our living room is now - which one day if I get the energy I'd like to change. Or if I win a lottery I'd hire someone else.
