gfrancielet's update after getting rid of the headache.
Okay, so FB has some great purposes. I put the call out for help in getting the harp string to my Mother and two childhood friends (both musicians so they understand the importance of bits and pieces for a musical instrument) offered to help get a string to my Mother by Friday. Great love to Kurt and Cece. Kurt is probably my oldest friend in the world. We've known each other since we were three and he considers my Mom, a second Mom to him. (she used to play the Muppet Theme for him on the piano and it would make his day. I should point out that his final paper for his bachelor's degree had something to do with the Muppets. Just sayin') So he would do just about anything for her.
A good reminder in knowing that if I ask for help, it is out there.
Now if I could only put downers in my kids' milk.
