It began to snow this morning. (once I got Mr. Jenner to the train. Thank you weather Gods for your help)
It is trace amounts down here in the valley. I am sure up North they are recreating the Donner Party. I suppose it is a good thing that it is snowing today and that tomorrow is a holiday. or if it was a weekday I am sure that by three pm, chaos would have descended upon Seattle. People would have given up on civilization and would resort to performing sexual favors to get bread, milk, and batteries. People would be stuck so long on the freeway that they would build homes out of the remains of other cars, and a new system of currency would begin all based on random ancient fries found on the floor of cars.

In the mean time there will be cocoa. We may attempt to venture out. There will be sausages and potatoes for dinner. Then the children will be put to bed and I will laze about on the sofa, eating potato chips and getting crumbs all over myself. That will be the life.
