There have been several times over the years when I have been in England and in places that don't scream, "Hey let's listen to Beyonce", that Beyonce comes on and it is really hard not to start dancing. Today it was like that when I was in the waiting room of a tire place. Maybe I could make it a thing. Beyonce dance party. Anytime. Anywhere.
A new tired was required today. I discovered a flat on Monday. With the help of my Father in law (seriously the man seems to have all the skills) we got the tire pumped up and we were able to go to and fro on that but that wouldn't be forever. So there I found myself throwing money at some nice Cornishman to fix things. It was a morning of trying to get all the things done and doing it on the energy of two sips of tea. I dropped off things, I ran errands, I did some birthday shopping, grocery shopping, and was done by the time I had to pick up Miss Biscuit from preschool.

I know I did things this afternoon. Laundry, roasting a chicken, being conscious.

I think I may need to escape in the near future for a day or so.

I have often said that I need a wife - someone to have the house in order and the dinner cooked when I get home. Heck, I'd even sleep with her if she'd do all the shopping and remember all the fiddly things that I forget daily.
