Holy crap.... Deep Throat is named! (W. Mark Felt former second in command of the FBI)
CNN, Bob Woodward, and The Washington Post confirm it.

It has been pouring most of the afternoon yet I took a nice walk through the arboretum and then caught the bus at Montlake to meet up with Mr. Jenner on the Eastside. We sat through all kinds of nasty traffic on the Eastside so we could get some squash for Mr. Jenner, some glue and another pen for the invitations, a picture frame and what not.
We tried to go and pick up some more card stock but that was a lost battle. We got there as they closed. Oh the humanity.
When we were picking up squash and custard cremes I saw their sausage rolls and I decided to abandon plans of having lamb and polenta and instead it is a sausage rolls and chips kinda night. Yes there will be vegetables. We aren't total philistines.

The walk through the woods was peaceful and soothing and took the edge off many recent events. All is not a lost cause and things will turn out alright. Besides Mrs. Jenner redeemed herself in an email where I came across as being a lovely person who isn't seen as greedy. My email did the trick. I look good. Also we received wedding presents in the mail today. I kid you not. How silly is that? We didn't open them up. We just put them away for now and will attend to them later.

As I was walking to the bus stop I walked past some very posh and expensive old homes on Lake Washington Blvd. These were built in the early twentieth century and are mostly made of brick. Each seem to have large picture windows and all have grand pianos (nearly all...I spied a couple of spinets as well) shown off in the window. I wonder if it is a requirement for living on that particular block. "Must own splashy grand piano and beautiful furniture." I couldn't help but stare.

Now I need to check on dinner and cozy up with Mr. Jenner and enjoy the evening.

A rainy day is the perfect time for a walk in the woods. ~Rachel Carson

This post is for those who have Martin Freeman as their imaginary TV boyfriend. (you know who you are.)
Martin Freeman
(Tim from 'The Office') did a one-off radio show on BBC Radio 2.

here is the link where you can find it. Look under "Listen Again" on the right-hand side. He plays some groovy stuff. I appreciated him playing some music by "Little Charles and the Sidewinders" but then I am mad about any soul music. My idea of a good time is some kick-ass soul music and several cocktails in the summer time.

Summer

Yeah!

So back to everyone's imaginary tv boyfriend he does a good show. Give it a listen. You may be inclined to thank me but really you should thank the super amazing Mr. Jenner because he alerted me to this thing. This is why I am marrying Mr. Jenner; he keeps me alerted to the activities of Martin Freeman.
That is unselfish love.
