I am sure this report about what was going on during the snowstorm in Seattle will amuse locals. In some ways it was good we were out of town for the chaos. None of the three different bus routes that go near our house worked because the hills weren't really properly sanded/plowed. Thankfully the mayor could get into work. Phew.

Today we will attempt to go to Port Townsend (no snow!) and visit the family. Oh the hilarity. Presents for one and all. Then my sister will come back with me and spend the weekend at Chez Anglo-america. Mostly zoning out on her new laptop if I know her. Now to find something to eat before facing traffic and the ferry.
