this and that.

My sister is here for a long weekend as it is the beginning of Spring Break. It is a cheap way for her to get out of town I suppose. We have laundry facilities, wi-fi and a lot of food. Plus a very comfortable guest room. For wild excitement we went to a couple of grocery stores this morning.
My sister is being a very good sport about Senor Onion who thinks she is just so fabulous and wants her to read stories and play with him for hours. Gives me a break. hah!

Culinary Communion is closing down. I took a totally amazing kick-ass class there last year and I am sad that it is closing. (a lot of complicated reasons) They are having this big going out of business sale/auction tomorrow and they are getting rid of their kitchen stuff. I may have to go. I promised Mr. Jenner I am not coming home with a sub-zero fridge. But it would be grand to get something. Because they have such quality stuff. They are also selling off wine. It will be weird I admit. Like going to an estate sale while the patient is still on life-support and is about to be taken off the machines. Oy vey.

I think I pulled something in my right arm the other day. I have been in extreme pain whenever I try and move my arm or put any weight on it. Things are improving today though. Obviously I won't be lifting any elephants, but if I keep applying heat/ice and resting it, I think I will be okay. It is just difficult to sleep at night because I can't sleep on my right side. I am just trying to figure out how I did it. Probably picked up a toddler the wrong way. What a genius.
