the short version.

I went to acupuncture this evening. It was relaxing as always. It was the first time I have been since they moved to their new space. It is really lovely. Toasty and cozy as usual. One lady was lightly snoring during her treatment. I blissed out and hopefully it will help with the pain.

I believe I am slowly catching Senor Onion's cold. I am downing raw garlic, taking my vitamins and thinking good thoughts. I mostly just have a sore throat. I don't have the patience for this nonsense. Maybe my stubbornness will prevent it from getting worse. I linger in delusion.

I finished reading The Sisters by Mary Lovell. It is about the Mitford girls. There is a great deal I want to say about the book -which I will in another post. It was a great book and rather fair. Eye-opening really.

Tomorrow I need to go to the grocery store. Oh what a time we will have eh? I may make chicken matza ball soup tomorrow for dinner. Really I just want to lay in bed and read.

Now I am reading a book about Charles II. Nothing like a little restoration fun.
